Shipping policy

At Comfortley, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and transparently. We proudly offer shipping across the United States. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Shipping Destination & Rates

  • Shipping Coverage: We currently ship exclusively to all states within the United States (USA).
  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders. No hidden handling or delivery fees apply at checkout.


2. Order Processing & Transit Times

All orders are processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday through Friday.
  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.


3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a carrier tracking link. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.


4. Order Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@comfortley.com or call +1 (408) 840-3972 within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the item immediately and contact us with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can issue a free replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery area or with neighbors first. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact our support team for assistance.
